Als Operator in Almere ben jij een belangrijke schakel in het productieproces van siliconenproducten. Je start je dag met het verzamelen van grondstoffen volgens recepten. Daarna voeg je deze toe aan grote mixmachines die het product mengen. Hieronder zie je jouw belangrijkste taken: - Grondstoffen picken en afwegen volgens recept - Mengprocessen bewaken en pannen bedienen - Producten met EPT/heftruck naar opslag rijden - Producten afvullen in kleinere vaten en verzendklaar maken - Regelmatig schoonmaken van de pannen Je werkt samen in een enthousiast team, rouleert in twee ploegen (07:00-15:30 en 14:30-23:00 uur) en op vrijdag ben je al om 21:00 uur klaar. Werkkleding krijg je natuurlijk van het bedrijf. In deze functie staat actie centraal en til je zakken tot 20 kilo. Soms kan het een beetje stoffig zijn, maar juist daarom werk je met de juiste veiligheidsmiddelen. Dit krijg je - Salaris tussen €2.700 en €3.000 per maand op basis van kennis en ervaring ( €3.105 tot €3.450 met toeslag! ) - Reiskostenvergoeding van €0,23 per kilometer - Twee keer per jaar een bonusregeling - Een goede pensioenregeling - Mooie ontwikkelmogelijkheden tot allround operator - Werken in een hecht team met betrokken collega's - De keuze om per week of per 4 weken te worden uitbetaald - Mogelijkheden tot scholing via Werkis Herken jij jezelf hierin? - Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in productie of techniek - Ervaring met EPT of heftruck is een pre - Beheersing van de Nederlandse taal op B2-n...
