The posting

Wil je werken met een industriële HPL-pers en een directe rol spelen in het productieproces? In deze functie leer je de machine correct instellen en bedienen, controleer je de kwaliteit van het eindproduct en krijg je de nodige begeleiding om zelfstandig te werken. Je komt terecht in een moderne productieomgeving met een vast 2-ploegenstelsel.

Functieomschrijving

Als Operator Vlakverlijming ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bedienen en opvolgen van de HPL-pers. Je zorgt ervoor dat HPL correct wordt aangebracht en verlijmd op verschillende dragers en bewaakt daarbij de kwaliteit en continuïteit van het productieproces.

Jouw taken:

  • Je bedient, stelt in en volgt de HPL-pers op.
  • Je zorgt voor een vlot en continu productieproces volgens de productieorders.
  • Je brengt HPL correct aan en zorgt voor een correcte verlijming op verschillende dragers.
  • Je voert kwaliteitscontroles uit tijdens en na het productieproces.
  • Je merkt kleine technische storingen op en probeert deze op te lossen om productiestilstanden te beperken.
  • Je werkt samen met collega's en leidinggevenden om de productie efficiënt te laten verlopen.
  • Je houdt toezicht op kwaliteit, veiligheid en orde op de werkvloer.

  • Je bent bereid om te werken in een 2-ploegenstelsel: vroege ploeg: 05u00 – 13u00 en late ploeg: 13u00 – 21u00
