Dan is dit jouw kans op een mooie functie! Als operator ben je een onmisbare schakel binnen het productieproces. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de machines goed zijn afgesteld en dat het productieproces soepel verloopt. Je dagelijkse taken bestaan uit: - Het instellen en controleren van productiemachines; - Het zelfstandig oplossen van kleine storingen, eventueel in overleg met de technische dienst; - Het uitvoeren van licht onderhoud aan de apparatuur; - Het controleren van de eindproducten op kwaliteit. Je werkt volgens een vast ploegenschema. Dat betekent twee vroege diensten van 06:00 tot 14:00 uur, gevolgd door twee late diensten van 14:00 tot 22:00 uur. Daarna ben je twee dagen vrij en begint het schema opnieuw. Jouw nieuwe werkplek Je gaat aan de slag bij een toonaangevend bedrijf binnen de Nederlandse keramieksector. De organisatie heeft maar liefst negentien locaties verspreid over het land, waardoor er veel expertise aanwezig is. Op de vestiging in Deest worden dakpannen geproduceerd. Andere locaties zijn gespecialiseerd in bijvoorbeeld metselstenen. De werksfeer is collegiaal en prettig. Veel collega's zijn al jarenlang met plezier in dienst. De locatie is goed bereikbaar vanuit onder andere Nijmegen, Arnhem en Oss. Dit bieden wij jou - Een bruto maandsalaris tussen €3.600 en €4.000, op basis van een 40-urige werkweek en afhankelijk van je ervaring en leeftijd; - 25 vakantiedagen per jaar; - Vakantiegeld van 8,33%; - Een reiskostenvergoeding van €0,23 per kilometer; - Pensioenopbouw vanaf je eerste werkdag; - Gratis werkschoenen via Westerduin; - Aandacht voor jouw ontwikkeling en volop kansen om door te groeien.
