Voor een internationaal georiënteerd productiebedrijf in Breda zijn wij op zoek naar een Operator. Binnen deze organisatie worden hoogwaardige verpakkingsproducten geproduceerd die hun weg vinden naar klanten in meer dan 70 landen wereldwijd.

Je komt terecht in een nuchtere organisatie met korte communicatielijnen, waar collega's elkaar kennen en samenwerken centraal staat. Er is volop ruimte om vragen te stellen, nieuwe vaardigheden te leren en jezelf verder te ontwikkelen binnen een stabiele en groeiende werkomgeving.

Door groei zoeken wij operators productie of gemotiveerde kandidaten die dit vak willen leren.

Wat ga je doen? - Als operator productie zorg jij ervoor dat de productie goed blijft draaien.

Je werkzaamheden: - Instellen en bedienen van productiemachines - Controleren van de productkwaliteit - Storingen oplossen of voorkomen - Producten verpakken - Meedenken over verbeteringen in het productieproces

Heb je nog geen ervaring? Geen probleem, wij leren je het vak via een interne opleiding.
