Ben jij op zoek naar een afwisselende baan in de productie en werk je graag met je handen? Voor een groeiend en energiek familiebedrijf in de voedingsmiddelenindustrie zijn wij op zoek naar operators. Ervaring is mooi meegenomen, maar zeker geen must. Motivatie, inzet en een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal zijn het belangrijkst. Wat ga je doen? Als operator in de voedingsmiddelenindustrie ben jij een belangrijke schakel in het productieproces van smaakvolle sauzen, marinades en andere specialiteiten. Samen met je collega’s zorg je ervoor dat alles soepel verloopt en dat de kwaliteit altijd top is. Je werkt met moderne machines en installaties en bent verantwoordelijk voor het bereiden en verwerken van producten volgens vaste recepten. Je voegt grondstoffen op het juiste moment toe, bewaakt het proces en grijpt in wanneer dat nodig is. Daarbij houd je altijd rekening met de hygiëne- en kwaliteitsnormen. Na een goede inwerkperiode kun je zelfstandig aan de slag en weet je precies hoe je jouw lijn draaiende houdt. Je voert controles uit, lost kleine storingen op en denkt actief mee over verbeteringen. Geen dag is hetzelfde en juist die afwisseling maakt het werk leuk. Waar ga je werken? Je komt te werken in een groeiend en energiek familiebedrijf binnen de voedingsmiddelenindustrie. Hier worden dagelijks uiteenlopende sauzen, ketjap en marinades geproduceerd die hun weg vinden naar keukens, vitrines en winkels door heel Nederland. De werkomgeving is modern, ruim opgezet en prettig om in te werken. Je wordt omringd door de geur van kruiden en specerijen en werkt samen met een hecht team waar een echt wij-gevoel heerst. De sfeer is informeel, collega’s staan voor elkaar klaar en er is ruimte voor eigen inbreng. Op vrijdag wordt de week regelmatig samen afgesloten en bij mooi weer gaat tijdens de borrel, de barbecue aan. Wie ben je?
