Als Operator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het produceren en nabewerken van onderdelen die wereldwijd worden toegepast binnen de melkveehouderij. Je werkt met moderne CNC-machines en zorgt ervoor dat producten nauwkeurig, efficiënt en volgens de kwaliteitseisen worden vervaardigd. Als Operator werk je in Almere binnen een team van ongeveer zes collega's en houd je je bezig met verschillende werkzaamheden binnen de plaatbewerking. Je bedient onder andere CNC-machines en voert diverse bewerkingen uit aan plaatmateriaal. Vanaf 2027 ga je werken met moderne machines van gerenommeerde merken zoals Trumpf en SafanDarley. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit het bedienen van een lasersnijmachine, kantbank en CNC-buigmachine. Daarnaast bewerk je plaatmateriaal na met een Q-Finn afbraammachine en controleer je de maatvoering en kwaliteit van de geproduceerde onderdelen. Ook voer je kleine onderhoudswerkzaamheden aan de machines uit en denk je mee over verbeteringen binnen het productieproces. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's binnen de productie, maar hebt ook contact met de ontwikkelingsafdeling en het magazijn. Je werkt nauwkeurig, hebt technisch inzicht en vindt het belangrijk om kwalitatief goed werk af te leveren. Ervaring met CNC-machines is mooi meegenomen, maar ook als je dit vak nog verder wilt leren, zijn er mogelijkheden. Afhankelijk van jouw ervaring en interesse kun je je werkzaamheden uitbreiden met het hechten en samenstellen van RVS-onderdelen en constructies. Kortom: een veelzijdige technische functie voor iemand die graag met machines werkt, verantwoordelijkheid neemt en zich verder wil ontwikkelen binnen de plaatbewerking.
