Wie ben jij? De Perfecte Mix!

Jij bent een krak in je vak en brengt een flinke dosis energie en focus mee:

  • Je spreekt Nederlands én Engels.
  • Je hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring als Operator op zak, dit binnen éénzelfde productieomgeving (voedingssector = pluspunt!).
  • Je bent praktisch ingesteld, communicatief en een échte teamplayer.
  • Je kan goed zelfstandig werken, je vraagt hulp waar nodig.
  • Jouw superkracht? Je bent stressbestendig! Zelfs wanneer de drukte toeneemt, blijf jij rustig, behoud je het overzicht en neem je proactief initiatief om zaken te verbeteren. Je bent de rots in de branding.
  • Verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en oog voor topkwaliteit zitten in je DNA.
  • Je wil werken in een lawaaierige omgeving (er worden oordoppen aangeboden)
  • Je bent bereid om in een ploegensysteem te werken (vroege en late shift).
  • Een positieve referentie van een vorige werkgever.

Als Operator ben jij de kapitein van jouw productielijn.

  • Je bedient, stelt in en volgt de productiemachines nauwkeurig op.
  • Je voert kritische kwaliteitscontroles uit en registreert alle gegevens.
  • Je bent onze held bij kleine crisissen: wanneer er een storing is, meld je dit en help je meteen mee met het oplossen. Een koele kikker die niet snel in paniek raakt, dat is wat we nodig hebben!
  • Je stuurt collega's aan en werkt nauw samen in een hecht team.
  • Veiligheid en hygiëne zijn topprioriteit - je zorgt dat alles er spic en span uitziet.

Belangrijk: de eerste 2 weken werk je als Inpakker, daarna groei je op je eigen tempo door tot Operator.
