Je stelt de machine in, houdt de productie in de gaten en controleert de kwaliteit van betonelementen. Ervaring is niet nodig: je krijgt een uitgebreid opleidingstraject. Extra aantrekkelijk: je werkt vier dagen per week en bent iedere week een doordeweekse dag vrij. Wat ga je doen? Je begint met het leren kennen van de robot en het productieproces. Welke instellingen gebruik je voor welk product? Wanneer moet je iets bijstellen? En hoe herken je een technische afwijking? Je krijgt de tijd om dit in de praktijk onder de knie te krijgen. Naarmate je meer ervaring opdoet, bedien je de machine steeds zelfstandiger. Tijdens je werk houd je goed in de gaten wat er uit de machine komt. Je controleert de kwaliteit en aantallen en past instellingen aan wanneer dat nodig is. Ook leer je storingen herkennen en oplossen. Klein onderhoud pak je zelf op en bij grotere reparaties help je mee. Wat ga je doen? - De robot bedienen, instellen en programmeren; - De machine ombouwen en instellingen aanpassen; - Betonelementen controleren op kwaliteit; - Storingen en technische afwijkingen herkennen; - Klein onderhoud uitvoeren en helpen bij reparaties; - Productiegegevens, controles en storingen registreren; - Zorgen voor een nette en veilige werkplek. Je zit tijdens deze werkdag zeker niet stil. Je loopt regelmatig tussen verschillende onderdelen van de productie en gaat daarbij ook trapjes op en af. Een goede conditie is daarom belangrijk. Het zorgt tegelijkertijd voor een actieve werkdag met veel afwisseling tussen techniek, controle en productie. Je werkt vier dagen per week van 07.00 tot 17.15 uur.
