Als operator werk je in een 5-ploegendienst aan een machinelijn en ben je verantwoordelijk voor het hele productieproces. Het is een afwisselende en uitdagende functie waarbij je zorgt voor de aanvoer van materialen en de machine-instellingen controleert en bijstuurt waar nodig. Je hebt ervaring met het instellen en ombouwen van machines, of staat ervoor open om dit te leren. Geen dag is hetzelfde, omdat je met verschillende soorten producten werkt.
