Wat ga je precies doen Als operator 5-ploeg draag je bij aan de productie van hoogwaardige membraanfilters die wereldwijd worden gebruikt voor waterzuivering. In deze rol werk je in een moderne productieomgeving waar nauwkeurigheid en kwaliteit voorop staan. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het bewaken van het productieproces, het uitvoeren van controles en het oplossen van technische verstoringen. Met jouw technische inzicht en oog voor detail zorg je ervoor dat het proces soepel verloopt en voldoe je aan de hoge kwaliteitsnormen. Wat je gaat doen: - Starten en stoppen van het productieproces: zorgen voor een efficiënte werking van de machines en het aanpassen van instellingen waar nodig. - Bewaken van procesvoortgang: uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles en direct ingrijpen bij afwijkingen. - Ondersteunen bij verstoringen: samenwerken met collega’s om technische problemen snel en effectief op te lossen. - Registreren van gegevens: nauwkeurig bijhouden van productie- en controledata voor rapportages. - Uitvoeren van onderhoud: uitvoeren van gepland preventief onderhoud en kalibraties volgens de richtlijnen.
