Functie Als Operator 5 ploegen ga je aan de slag om een echte allrounder te worden binnen de procestechniek. Het bedrijf produceert pigmentpreparaten die hun toepassing vinden in allerlei kunststofproducten. Jouw werkzaamheden bevatten onder andere: - Bedienen en instellen van extruders; - Toezicht houden op het productieproces en kwaliteit van pigmentpreparaties; - Mengen en doseren van pigmenten en grondstoffen (o.a. Micranyl); - Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles en registreren van productiedata; - Oplossen van kleine storingen en signaleren van afwijkingen; - Ombouwen en schoonmaken van lijn.

Functie-eisen Als Operator 5 ploegen breng jij mee: - Ervaring in een productieomgeving is een pré; - Je bent een doorzetter en stelt je leergierig op; - Je beschikt over een goed technisch inzicht; - Je bent bereid om in een 5-ploegendienst te werken; - Je beschikt over een heftruck certificaat; - Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift.

Aanbod Als Operator kun je dit verwachten: - Een uitstekend salaris tussen de €3.300,- en €3.400,- bruto per maand (incl. ploegentoeslag 28%); - Tot eind 2024 wordt er gewerkt in een 2-2-2-3 systeem en daarna gaat het terug naar het bekende 2-2-2-4 systeem; - Reiskostenvergoeding; - Vakantiegeld; - Eindejaarsuitkering; - 25 verlofdagen; - Direct opbouwen van pensioen.
