Wat ga je doen? Ben je op zoek naar een baan binnen een productiebedrijf met afwisselende taken? In deze functie ga je aan de slag als productiemedewerker in 5 ploegen bij een bedrijf in Ittervoort. Dagelijks ben je bezig met de volgende taken: - Het bedienen van de (verpakkings)machine en het verhelpen van storingen tijdens het verpakken; - Het bedienen van de menger, waar de grondstoffen worden gemengd; - Werken conform de HACCP-richtlijnen om de voedselveiligheid te kunnen waarborgen; - Aanvullen van de producten middels heftruck.

Je gaat werken in 5 ploegen, je werktijden zijn dan als volgt: 13.45 uur - 22.15 uur, 21.45 uur - 06.15 uur, 05.45 uur - 14.15 uur (8,5 uur per dag). Je bent op verschillende functies inzetbaar, namelijk als loader, menger, vuller, verpakker. Dit wordt allemaal on-the-job geleerd. Waar ga je werken? Je gaat aan de slag bij een specialist in dierenvoeding. Het bedrijf is flink geautomatiseerd, de machines zijn modern. De werksfeer is open en niet formeel, collega's werken als een team. De temperatuur op de werkplek kan variëren van koud tot warm, en op de locatie in Ittervoort zijn ongeveer 70 werknemers werkzaam. Na verloop van tijd zul je naast je eigen afdeling, ook vaker op andere afdelingen uithelpen waar nodig. Het bedrijf is goed bereikbaar vanuit steden zoals Roermond, Weert, Venlo, Peel en Maas, Stein en Sittard-Geleen. Wie ben je? - MBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in de richting van voedingsmiddelen of techniek. Heb je toevallig al ervaring in de voedingsindustrie? Dan heb jij een streepje voor!; - Ervaring met het besturen van machines; - Je beheerst de Nederlandse of Engelse taal in verband met veiligheidsvoorschriften; - Je hebt oog voor detail en daarnaast ben je flexibel en stressbestendig.
