Tijdens een intensieve on-the-job training, waarbij je wordt begeleid door een interne coach, leer je de machines en het productieproces goed kennen. Zo ontwikkel je jezelf stap voor stap tot een zelfstandige operator die de volledige productielijn kan bedienen en bijsturen. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Bedienen en controleren van de productielijn en werken met verschillende besturings- en regeltechnische systemen. - Bewaken van productie, kwaliteit en veiligheid en tijdig signaleren van afwijkingen. - Analyseren en oplossen van procesverstoringen en uitvoeren van klein onderhoud en reparaties. - Samenwerken met monteurs bij grotere storingen en waar nodig technische experts inschakelen. - Werken volgens procedures, standaarden en veiligheidsvoorschriften en actief meedenken over procesverbeteringen. - Begeleiden en opleiden van nieuwe en bestaande operators. - Zorgen voor een schone en veilige werkomgeving en deelnemen aan het ochtendoverleg.
