Als Operator Allround krijg je de unieke kans om deel uit te maken van ons enthousiaste team en een bijdrage te leveren aan het creëren van smaakvolle momenten voor mensen over de hele wereld. Functieomschrijving Als Operator Allround start je met een uitgebreide training waarin je verschillende productieprocessen leert beheersen. Je begint met het nauwkeurig afwegen van ingrediënten voor onze pepermuntjes. In deze fase maak je kennis met diverse recepten en zorg je voor perfect gebalanceerde mengsels. Daarna ga je door naar het mixproces, waarbij je een grote mixer bedient om ingrediënten met bulkmateriaal homogeen te mengen. Hierbij houd je nauwlettend de korte cycli in de gaten en registreer je alle stappen via geavanceerde computers. Het tabletteren is het hoogtepunt van het proces: je bedient en stelt vier speciale machines af om verschillende productvarianten te maken, waarbij jouw precisie zorgt voor producten van de hoogste kwaliteit. - Start met een uitgebreide training om verschillende productieprocessen te leren. - Weeg nauwkeurig ingrediënten af volgens diverse recepten voor perfecte mengsels. - Bedien een mixer die ingrediënten met bulkmateriaal homogeen mengt. - Houd cycli goed in de gaten en registreer alle stappen via computers. - Bedien, stel af en pas vier tabletteermachines aan voor diverse productvarianten. - Zorg voor producten die altijd voldoen aan hoge kwaliteitsnormen.
