Ben jij een operator die graag zelfstandig werkt en energie krijgt van techniek, kwaliteit en een soepel draaiend productieproces? Dan hebben wij een mooie uitdaging voor je. Voor een toonaangevende producent van kunststofgrondstoffen in Bergen op Zoom zijn wij op zoek naar een gediplomeerd operator. Je komt terecht in een moderne productieomgeving waar je veel verantwoordelijkheid krijgt en werkt met geavanceerde installaties die 24 uur per dag draaien. Wat ga je doen? Als Extrusie Operator zorg je ervoor dat de extruder optimaal draait en de productie soepel verloopt. Je bewaakt de kwaliteit, stelt de machine af volgens de juiste recepturen en voert metingen en tests uit om de producteigenschappen te waarborgen. Daarnaast voer je enkele heftruckwerkzaamheden uit en werk je samen met collega’s om het productieproces te optimaliseren. Je werkzaamheden bestaan uit: Bedienen en afstellen van de extrusielijn voor EPS-productie; Toepassen van de juiste recepturen en instellingen om productkwaliteit te waarborgen; Uitvoeren van metingen, tests en kwaliteitscontroles; Kleine onderhoudswerkzaamheden en signaleren van storingen; Heftruckwerkzaamheden binnen de productieomgeving; Naleven van veiligheids- en hygiënerichtlijnen. Wat kun jij? Een mbo-2 of mbo-3 diploma in een technische richting (bijvoorbeeld VAPRO A, Procesoperator of Mechanisch Operator); Ervaring als operator binnen een productieomgeving; Bereidheid om te werken in een 5-ploegendienst (2-2-1 / 2-2-3); Een VCA- en heftruckcertificaat, of de motivatie om deze via ons te behalen. Wat krijg je? in Bergen op Zoom worden hoogwaardige EPS-producten en speciale schuimmaterialen geproduceerd voor onder andere de verpakkings- en bouwsector. Binnen de organisatie staan veiligheid, kwaliteit en duurzaamheid centraal. Je werkt met moderne installaties, krijgt veel verantwoordelijkheid en maakt onderdeel uit van een hecht team waar vakmanschap wordt gewaardeerd.
