Ben jij nou heel nieuwsgierig hoe karton wordt gemaakt? En wil jij graag als oproepkracht naast je studie werken in de 5-ploegen? Dan zijn wij opzoek naar jou!

Voor onze opdrachtgever Solidus in Oude Pekela zijn wij opzoek naar gemotiveerde operators die willen meewerken aan het productieproces van karton.

Wat ga je doen? Als operator in de 5-ploegen werk je in drie verschillende diensten. Dit gaat om een ochtenddienst (06:00-14:00), een middagdienst (14:00-22:00) en een nachtdienst (22:00-06:00). Elke van deze diensten heb je twee keer, daarna ben je 4 dagen vrij en begint de cyclus weer opnieuw.

Je helpt mee aan het maken van karton dat wordt gebruikt voor vele verschillende verpakkingsmaterialen. Zo kun je denken aan de verpakking van een bakje fruit, maar ook aan het glimmende plaatje onder de gerookte zalm!

- Als operator bij Solidus Solutions zorg je ervoor dat het productieproces goed, veilig en zonder problemen verloopt; - Je werkt op verschillende onderdelen van het proces. Dit rouleert regelmatig, zodat je afwisseling hebt in je werk. - Samen met collega’s van de technische dienst zorg je ervoor dat de machines goed blijven werken. Als er iets niet goed gaat in het proces, neem jij zelf het initiatief om dit op te lossen; - Het werk bij Solidus is afwisselend. Je leert niet alleen het werk van een operator, maar ook de basis van eenvoudig technisch onderhoud; - Je bereidt je werk zelfstandig voor en voert het productieproces uit op het onderdeel waarvoor jij die dag verantwoordelijk bent.

Wat bieden wij? - Bruto uurloon tussen 18,51 en 21,98 exclusief 27,5% ploegentoeslag! - 8,33% vakantietoeslag en 25 vakantiedagen (bij fulltime werken); - Deelname aan de pensioenregeling via STIPP vanaf je eerste werkdag! - Persoonlijke ontwikkeling: tijdens je contract heb je toegang tot de Adecco Academy, een online met diverse online trainingen en cursussen; - Reiskostenvergoeding van 0,23 cent per kilometer onbelast en 0,05 cent per kilometer belast!
