Dat krijg je als procesoperator bij Tata Steel in IJmuiden. Jij bent de specialist achter onze unieke productieprocessen en draagt bij aan staalproducten die wereldwijd gebruikt worden. Deze kennis doe je op via een uitgebreid inwerkproces, gecombineerd met aanvullende opleidingen. - Stuur je op kwaliteit, veiligheid en klanttevredenheid. De ene keer loop je een inspectieronde, de andere keer zoek je een storing tot op de bodem uit of bedien je een installatie. Afwisseling ten top! - Werk je aan continue verbetering. Heb je ideeën om processen te optimaliseren of verder te verduurzamen? Laat ze horen. Graag zelfs! Eigen initiatief waarderen we. - Werk je in een 5-ploegendienst.
