In deze functie als operator in de Zaanstreek werk je in een 5-ploegendienst en ben je direct betrokken bij het verpakken en verzendklaar maken van het eindproduct. Je krijgt veel afwisseling, werkt met moderne machines en bent verzekerd van een aantrekkelijk salaris. Je werkt samen in een collegiale omgeving waar veiligheid en kwaliteit centraal staan. Over de functie Als operator zorg jij er samen met je team voor dat het eindproduct vanuit de drogers wordt opgeslagen, verpakt en verzendklaar wordt gemaakt. Jij houdt toezicht op het verpakkingsproces, controleert de kwaliteit, neemt monsters en rijdt regelmatig op de heftruck om pallets en verpakkingen aan te voeren. Je lost kleine storingen zelf op en schakelt bij grotere problemen je collega's of de storingsdienst in. Administratieve taken zoals het vastleggen van kwaliteitscontroles horen er ook bij. Als operator is flexibiliteit is belangrijk. Het werk vraagt aandacht voor veiligheid en nauwkeurigheid, maar ook een flinke dosis teamspirit. Soms moet je snel schakelen of de handen extra uit de mouwen steken als het druk is.
