Functieomschrijving: Als operator ben jij de onmisbare kracht in de fabriek. Je stelt machines in en stuurt ze bij voor een optimaal resultaat. Je voorkomt problemen door scherp op te letten tijdens je dienst. Kwaliteit is voor jou erg belangrijk.

Zodra je een afwijking ziet, grijp je meteen in. Ook wissel je machines om voor andere producten met grote zorgvuldigheid. Je volgt altijd de regels voor veiligheid en hygiëne op de werkvloer. Verder vul je de grondstoffen op tijd aan. Zo draait de lijn zonder pauzes door en blijft het proces stabiel. Jouw inzet zorgt voor een vlekkeloze productie van alle lekkernijen.

• Je beschikt over een mbo-diploma van minimaal niveau 2. • Je hebt eerder gewerkt met productiemachines in een fabrieksomgeving. • Je toont eigen initiatief en hebt een sterke interesse in techniek.
