Functieomschrijving: Als operator 5 ploegendienst ben jij verantwoordelijk voor een optimaal verloop van de productie. Je houdt het proces nauwlettend in de gaten en grijpt in waar dat nodig is. Wanneer een machine niet goed loopt, ben jij degene die dit oplost. Je sleutelt aan de techniek en verhelpt defecten direct. Daarnaast stuur je collega's aan op de werkvloer. Je voert regelmatig controles uit om aan alle eisen te voldoen. Zo zorg je ervoor dat het eindproduct altijd van hoog niveau blijft. Als operator 5 ploegendienst werk je in een omgeving waar techniek en kwaliteit samenkomen. Jouw inzet bepaalt het resultaat van de dag.
