Dan zit je hier goed. Als Operator werk je in een moderne en schone farmaceutische omgeving waar geen dag precies hetzelfde is. Je bedient machines, houdt het proces scherp in de gaten en zorgt samen met je collega's dat alles volgens de juiste kwaliteitseisen verloopt. En dat allemaal in een 5-ploegendienst met een salaris tot € 3.400,- inclusief ploegentoeslag. Functieomschrijving Als Operator ben jij een belangrijke schakel binnen het productieproces. Je weet wat er moet gebeuren, houdt overzicht en komt in actie zodra je iets ziet wat niet klopt. - Instellen, bedienen en controleren van verschillende productiemachines; - Het productieproces bewaken en afwijkingen direct signaleren; - Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles en controleren of alles aan de eisen voldoet; - Kleine technische storingen zelf oplossen of de juiste collega inschakelen; - Werken volgens de geldende veiligheids-, hygiëne- en GMP-richtlijnen; - Samenwerken met collega's om de productie soepel te laten verlopen; - Meedenken over hoe processen slimmer, veiliger en beter kunnen. Functievereisten Dit breng je mee Je hoeft nog niet alles te kunnen. We vinden het vooral belangrijk dat je technisch inzicht hebt, graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt en jezelf wilt blijven ontwikkelen. - Je hebt minimaal een mbo-2 diploma of vergelijkbaar werk- en denkniveau; - Techniek en productie spreken je aan; - Je vindt het geen probleem om in een 5-ploegendienst te werken; - Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal goed; - Je bent nauwkeurig, leergierig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je werk.
