Ben jij een ervaren Technische Operator en op zoek naar een uitdagende baan in de 5-ploegendienst? Wil je werken in een moderne productieomgeving met uitstekende arbeidsvoorwaarden en volop doorgroeimogelijkheden? Dan is deze vacature voor Technische Operator in Hengelo bij Eaton iets voor jou!

Wat ga je doen? Als Technische Operator speel je een belangrijke rol in het productieproces. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het demonteren, reinigen en voorbereiden van matrijzen die vanuit de productie worden aangeleverd. Met behulp van moderne hulpmiddelen en een veilig hefsysteem zorg jij ervoor dat alles gereed is voor de volgende productieronde.

Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

- Demonteren van matrijzen die uit de oven komen; - Scheiden van matrijzen en gietstukken met behulp van een hefsysteem; - Reinigen van matrijzen volgens vastgestelde werkinstructies; - Aanbrengen van een lossingsmiddel voor hergebruik van de matrijzen; - Controleren van de kwaliteit en signaleren van afwijkingen; - Bijdragen aan een veilige, nette en efficiënte werkomgeving.

Samen met je collega's zorg je ervoor dat het productieproces optimaal blijft draaien.

Wat bieden wij? - Een bruto uurloon tussen €17,65 en €21,36 afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring; - Ploegentoeslag passend bij een 5-ploegenrooster; - 5% ADV-toeslag bovenop je salaris; - 8% vakantiegeld; - 27 vakantiedagen; - Een uitstekende pensioenregeling waarbij een groot deel van de premie door de werkgever wordt betaald; - Reiskostenvergoeding van €0,23 per kilometer; - Mogelijkheden voor opleidingen en doorgroei binnen de organisatie; - Werken in een moderne en schone productieomgeving; - Informele werksfeer met betrokken collega's.
