Als Operator houd jij de machines draaiende, bewaak je de kwaliteit en los je storingen op. Afwisselend werk met verantwoordelijkheid! Wat ga je doen als Operator in Klundert? Als Operator zorg jij ervoor dat het productieproces goed blijft draaien. Je houdt de machines en het proces in de gaten en grijpt in wanneer dat nodig is. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Bedienen en controleren van productiemachines; - Bewaken van de kwaliteit van de producten; - Signaleren van afwijkingen tijdens het productieproces; - Oplossen van kleine storingen; - Ondersteunen van collega's op de productievloer; - Zorgen voor een nette en veilige werkplek; - Meedenken over hoe het productieproces slimmer of beter kan. Je bent dus niet alleen bezig met een machine. Je houdt overzicht, controleert de kwaliteit en zorgt samen met je collega's dat de productie blijft lopen. WAT VERWACHTEN WIJ VAN JOU? - Je hebt bij voorkeur een MBO 2 (of hoger) afgerond; - Je hebt ervaring in productie of als operator óf wilt het vak graag leren; - Je hebt technisch inzicht en begrijpt hoe een productieproces werkt; - Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor kwaliteit; - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal.
