Breng metaal tot leven en geef het een duurzame afwerking: als operator in ons vooruitstrevende coating- en metaalbedrijf verenig je techniek, nauwkeurigheid en vakmanschap tot een resultaat dat blijvend schittert.

In deze rol bedien, stel en controleer je de machines die instaan voor de bewerking en coating van metalen onderdelen. Jij ziet erop toe dat het productieproces vlot verloopt en dat elk eindproduct exact beantwoordt aan de kwaliteits- en specificatie-eisen van de klant.

Je takenpakket als operator kan onder andere bestaan uit:

  • Instellen en afstellen van metaalbewerkingsmachines (zoals CNC-machines, straalcabines of lakinstallaties)
  • Ophangen, ontvetten en voorbereiden van producten voor het coatingproces
  • Controleren van de kwaliteit tijdens en na de bewerking of coating
  • Signaleren van afwijkingen en zelfstandig kleine storingen oplossen
  • Registreren van productiegegevens en onderhouden van een schone en veilige werkomgeving
  • Samenwerken met collega's van andere afdelingen, zoals logistiek of kwaliteitscontrole

Onze klant in Sint-Niklaas is actief in metaalbewerking en industriële coating. Het bedrijf biedt een breed scala aan diensten, waaronder CNC-verspaning, laswerken en oppervlaktebehandelingen zoals poedercoaten en natlakken. Met moderne technologie en technische expertise levert het kwalitatieve maatwerkoplossingen aan klanten uit uiteenlopende sectoren, zoals machinebouw, constructie en hightech.

  • Een achtergrond in de metaalsector is mooi meegenomen, al geen vereiste – je houding is doorslaggevend
  • Beheersing van de Nederlandse taal is noodzakelijk
