Wat ga je doen?

  • Je stelt productiemachines correct in, bedient ze en volgt het productieproces nauwgezet op
  • Je controleert de kwaliteit van de afgewerkte producten en voert indien nodig kleine bijsturingen uit aan de machine of coating
  • Je zorgt voor het correct verpakken, etiketteren en afwerken van het eindproduct
  • Je ondersteunt verschillende productieafdelingen en leert stap voor stap alle onderdelen van het proces kennen
  • Na je opleiding groei je door naar een functie met meer verantwoordelijkheid, waarbij je mee instaat voor de goede werking van een volledige productielijn

  • Je hebt een eerste ervaring als operator of productiemedewerker binnen een productieomgeving
  • Je beschikt over technisch inzicht en leert vlot werken met verschillende productiemachines
  • Je spreekt en begrijpt vlot Nederlands om de interne documenten te begrijpen en te kunnen communiceren met jouw collega's die Nederlands spreken
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, hebt oog voor kwaliteit en bent niet kleurenblind
