Dit is jouw kans op een stabiele functie met een 13e maand, een ruim aantal vrije dagen en de mogelijkheid om kosteloos je Operator A of B diploma te behalen. Je werkt met productiemachines die kartonnen verpakkingen verwerken tot eindproducten voor verschillende klanten. Samen met je ploeg zorg je dat de machines goed draaien, de kwaliteit klopt en orders netjes op tijd klaar zijn. Functieomschrijving Als operator zorg jij ervoor dat de productielijn tijdens jouw dienst goed blijft draaien. Je stelt de machine in, controleert de materialen en houdt scherp in de gaten of het eindproduct aan de juiste eisen voldoet. Omdat je met verschillende orders, verpakkingen en instellingen werkt, blijft het werk afwisselend. Over het algemeen zijn dit jouw werkzaamheden: - Instellen, bedienen en bijstellen van productiemachines. - Ombouwen van de machine bij een nieuwe order of productwissel. - Controleren of de juiste materialen klaarstaan voor productie. - Bewaken van het proces en ingrijpen bij afwijkingen. - Uitvoeren en registreren van kwaliteitscontroles. - Signaleren en oplossen van kleine storingen aan de lijn. - Vastleggen van productiegegevens tijdens je dienst. - Veilig en netjes samenwerken met collega's in jouw ploeg. Functievereisten We zoeken een operator die technisch goed onderlegd is en zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid kan pakken aan de lijn. Je hoeft het proces nog niet te kennen, maar wel begrijpen hoe machines werken.
