Als Operator staat technisch inzicht centraal en werk je met mechanische componenten. Als Operator kom je terecht bij een informeel en nuchter bedrijf waar je volop de mogelijkheid krijgt om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen. Je werkt samen met een betrokken team en zorgt ervoor dat het productieproces soepel verloopt. Bedienen en instellen van verschillende machines; Controleren van de kwaliteit van producten; Uitvoeren van productiewerkzaamheden en bewaken van het productieproces; Signaleren en oplossen van kleine storingen; Uitvoeren van eenvoudige onderhoudswerkzaamheden; Zorgen voor een veilige, nette en georganiseerde werkplek. Een salaris tussen €2.800 en €3.500 bruto per maand, afhankelijk van ervaring; Uitzicht op een vast dienstverband; Mogelijkheid om interne opleidingen en trainingen te volgen; Goede mogelijkheden om door te groeien; Een informele werksfeer met korte lijnen; Een afwisselende functie binnen een technisch bedrijf. Je bent technisch ingesteld, werkt nauwkeurig en vindt het leuk om met machines en productieprocessen bezig te zijn. Ervaring is mooi meegenomen, maar vooral jouw motivatie en bereidheid om te leren vinden we belangrijk. Affiniteit met techniek en productie; Ervaring als operator of in een productieomgeving is een pré; Je bent bereid om nieuwe machines en werkzaamheden te leren; Je kunt zelfstandig werken, maar werkt ook graag samen met collega's; Minimaal mbo werk- en denkniveau.
