Voor Cordstrap in Oostrum (bij Venray) zijn we op zoek naar operators in 3 ploegen. Er zijn volop doorgroeimogelijkheden en er is veel ruimte voor zelfstandigheid. Ook wordt veel aandacht besteed aan de ontwikkeling van de medewerkers, zo kun je een goede onboarding verwachten en zijn er veel opleidingsmogelijkheden zoals een Nederlandse taalcursus op locatie of een opleiding tot operator. Cordstrap is een ambitieus en internationaal opererend productiebedrijf in Oostrum dat diverse oplossingen voor het beveiligen van transportladingen produceert. Zo leveren ze hun transportzekeringen en banden aan bedrijven in de chemie, bouw, logistiek, havens en industrie. Wij zoeken een operator die: De Nederlandse of Engelse taal beheerst Ervaring in productie en aantoonbare technische affiniteit heeft Fulltime beschikbaar is in 2 of 3 ploegen In of rondom Venray woont en eigen vervoer heeft om bij het bedrijf te komen Wat bieden wij je? Salaris tussen € 3.000 en € 3.500 bruto per maand, inclusief ploegentoeslag Reiskostenvergoeding Bij goed functioneren na 3 maanden een contract direct bij het bedrijf Fulltime functie in 3 ploegen met doorgroeimogelijkheden (06:00-14:00, 14:00-22:00 en 22:00-06:00) Functieomschrijving In de functie van procesoperator ben je werkzaam in gezellige teams van 2 of 3 personen aan meerdere machines. Als operator ben je onder andere verantwoordelijk voor: Voorbereiden productiewerkzaamheden Starten en stoppen van de machine Bewaken van het productieproces en de productkwaliteit Ombouwen van de machine naar een ander product Onderhoud aan de machine Beheersen van de productielijn
