Voor een groeiende en innovatieve onderneming binnen de voedingsindustrie zijn we op zoek naar een operator Multivac. In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het computergestuurde verpakkingsproces van verschillende producten.

Jouw takenpakket

Als operator Multivac zorg je ervoor dat het verpakkingsproces vlot en correct verloopt. Je taken bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Bedienen en opvolgen van computergestuurde verpakkingsmachines en afwegers.
  • Uitvoeren van de nodige fysieke aanpassingen aan de productielijn bij een productwissel, zoals het vervangen van folie.
  • Bewaken van het productieproces en bijsturen wanneer dat nodig is.
  • Zelfstandig oplossen van kleine technische of operationele storingen.
  • Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles.
  • Controleren van de verpakkingen en het eindproduct.
  • Uitvoeren van controles met de metaaldetector.
  • Signaleren van afwijkingen en gepast reageren.
  • Netjes en verzorgd houden van je werkpost en de productieomgeving.
  • Samenwerken met collega-operatoren, de kwaliteitsdienst en de technische dienst.
  • Rapporteren aan de planner.

Je werkt in een productieomgeving waar lawaai en repetitief werk deel uitmaken van de functie.

Voor deze functie zoeken we iemand die:

  • Minstens beschikt over een A2-diploma of een gelijkwaardig niveau.
  • Technisch inzicht heeft en graag met machines werkt.
  • Verantwoordelijk en nauwkeurig te werk gaat.
  • Kleine storingen zelfstandig kan oplossen of correct kan signaleren.
  • Zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband kan werken.
  • Oog heeft voor kwaliteit, hygiëne en orde.
  • Bereid is om repetitief werk uit te voeren.
  • Kan functioneren in een lawaaierige productieomgeving.
  • Flexibel ingesteld is en bereid is om in 3 ploegen te werken.
  • Sporadisch weekendwerk ziet zitten.
  • Ervaring in een productieomgeving heeft of graag een technische functie wil aanleren.

Ervaring als operator is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste. Je krijgt bij de start een interne opleiding van een ervaren operator, zodat je de job stap voor stap onder de knie krijgt.
