Produceert stalen gelaste buizen. Als operator werk jij mee aan het produceren van deze buizen. Je ziet ze overal om je heen, bijvoorbeeld in jouw auto. Bij Tata Steel Tubes werk je in een 3 ploegendienst. Je begint elke dienst met een korte overdracht met je collega's van de vorige ploeg. Samen met de teamleider stel je de prioriteiten voor de dag en ga je snel aan de slag. Gedurende jouw dienst registreer je de productiegegevens, zodat bijzonderheden in het productieproces gedocumenteerd worden voor de volgende ploeg. Als je bij ons start, begin je op een van de vier werkplekken aan de laslijn. Bij goede prestaties leer je ook de werkzaamheden van andere werkplekken. Je houdt de kwaliteit van onze producten in de gaten en communiceert verstoringen direct naar de lasser. Aan het einde van de dienst maak je jouw werkplek schoon en draag je jouw werk over aan de volgende ploeg. Functie-inhoud - Registreren van productiegegevens en bijzonderheden in het productieproces - Werken op een van de vier werkplekken aan de laslijn - Kwaliteit van producten testen als monstermaker - Communiceren van verstoringen naar de lasser - Schoonmaken van jouw werkplek aan het einde van de dienst - Samenwerken met teamleider en collega's om prioriteiten te stellen Functie-eisen - In het bezit van minimaal een MBO niveau 2 diploma - Bereid om het diploma Mechanisch Operator A via Tata Steel te behalen - Hoog veiligheidsbewustzijn en secuur in je werk - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal - Leergierig en nieuwsgierig Wij bieden - Bruto startsalaris tussen de €3089,- en €3.210,- euro, afhankelijk van opleiding en werkervaring - Ploegentoeslag van 24% (3 ploegen) bovenop je bruto salaris, netto reiskostenvergoeding en 8% vakantiegeld - 27 vakantiedagen + 10 ATV ...
