Je bent technisch ingesteld en helemaal op je plek binnen een productieomgeving. Daarnaast nauwkeurig in het werk, verantwoordelijk in de aanpak en altijd oplossingsgericht. Een afgeronde mbo-opleiding of Vapro A/B is mooi meegenomen, maar geen harde eis. Daarnaast: Beheers je de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift. Je bent bereid om te werken in een 3-ploegendienst. Wat bieden wij je? Een bruto maandsalaris tussen €2856 en €3539 exclusief 19% ploegentoeslag, afhankelijk van ervaring en certificering. Functieomschrijving Samen met je team ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige productieproces van begin tot eind. Je houdt het proces nauwlettend in de gaten, grijpt snel en veilig in bij kleine storingen en zorgt ervoor dat alles soepel blijft draaien. Daarnaast registreer je belangrijke productiegegevens, voer je kwaliteitscontroles uit en controleer je continu de belangrijkste procesparameters om de kwaliteit en veiligheid te waarborgen. Je bedient en stelt verschillende machines in, zoals extruders en ovens. Je analyseert het proces en doet verbetervoorstellen. Je werkt volgens de 5S‑methode: ordenen, opruimen, schoonmaken, inspecteren en standaardiseren.
