Voor een modern productiebedrijf in de regio Hapert zoeken wij een Operator die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt op de werkvloer. Binnen het 2-ploegensysteem zorg jij er samen met jouw collega's voor dat het productieproces soepel, veilig en volgens de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen verloopt. Klinkt dat als iets voor jou? Je houdt overzicht, grijpt in waar nodig en draagt actief bij aan een efficiënte werkomgeving. In deze functie binnen het 2-ploegensysteem krijg je veel ruimte om jezelf te ontwikkelen en door te groeien binnen de organisatie. Dit ga je doen - Het instellen, bedienen en controleren van meng- en afvulinstallaties aan de hand van recepturen en batchinformatie; - Het uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles en het signaleren van afwijkingen in samenwerking met de kwaliteitsafdeling; - Het registreren van productiegegevens en het bewaken van een optimaal procesverloop; - Het uitvoeren van eerstelijns en preventief onderhoud aan machines en productiemiddelen; - Het werken volgens de geldende veiligheidsrichtlijnen en het zorgen voor een schone en georganiseerde werkplek.
