Jij gaat fulltime aan de slag in een fijne werkomgeving, met een lekker salaris en de mogelijkheid om door te groeien. Jouw werkzaamheden als operator. Als operator ben jij een belangrijke schakel in ons productieproces. Samen met jouw collega's zorg jij ervoor dat onze machines veilig, efficiënt en continu blijven draaien. Een greep uit jouw werkzaamheden, jij bent… - Degene die productielijnen opstart, instelt en bedient; - Scherp op het controleren van bijsturen van machines en processen; - Handig in het ombouwen van installaties volgens werkinstructies; - Alert op veiligheid, volgt werkinstructies en signaleert mogelijke risico's in het proces; - In staat om kleine technische storingen zelfstandig op te lossen; - Nauwkeurig in het uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles; - Zorgvuldig in het registreren en controleren van materialen; - Vaardig in het besturen van een heftruck andere interne transportmiddelen. Wie ben jij? Ben jij onze nieuwe operator? Wij zoeken iemand met… - Technisch inzicht en interesse in machines; - Ervaring in productieomgeving; - Motivatie om nieuwe werkzaamheden te leren; - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal; - Bereidheid om te werken in 2 ploegendiensten; - Een teamgerichte instelling die graag samenwerkt met collega's. Het salaris van een operator: Wat verdien je als een operator? - Bedrag tussen de €2.700,00 en €3.500,00 per maand; - Startsalaris wordt bepaald naar kennis en kunde; - Jouw salaris wordt wekelijks uitbetaald - elke donderdag. Hier houdt het nog niet op! Wij zorgen dat onze operator lekker verwend wordt en dat doen we op de volgende manier: - Overwerktoeslag voor als je op de zaterdag werkt; - 12% ploegentoeslag; - Afwisselende werkzaamheden in een jong en betrokken team; - Volop doorgroeimogelijkheden; - 8% vakantietoeslag; - 25 vakantiedagen; - 6,3 % pens...
