Je werkt op onze kookafdeling, waar je verantwoordelijk bent voor het bereiden van vlees, degen en ragouts. Je combineert het werken met moderne computersystemen met praktisch werk aan de productielijnen. Dit ga je doen: - Vlees koken en bereiden en ingrediënten volgens recept voorbereiden en mixen; - Degen en ragouts bereiden; - Het bereidingsproces van ragouts aansturen via computersystemen; - Productielijnen instellen, bedienen en ombouwen; - Kwaliteit, voedselveiligheid en veiligheid bewaken; - Vlees uitpakken, ontdooien en verkleinen; - Kleine storingen zelfstandig oplossen en basis onderhoudswerkzaamheden uitvoeren; - Afwijkingen in het productieproces en productiegegevens registreren en rapporteren; - Machines en de werkomgeving schoonmaken en netjes houden. Een baan met verantwoordelijkheid én afwisseling Als Operator ben je een belangrijke schakel in het productieproces. Je houdt het proces goed in de gaten, werkt nauwkeurig en grijpt in wanneer dat nodig is. Je werkt zowel met machines en computersystemen als met je handen. Daardoor is geen productiedag hetzelfde. Samen met je collega's zorg je ervoor dat het proces soepel verloopt en dat onze snacks voldoen aan de hoge eisen die we eraan stellen. Van grondstof tot ragout: jij zorgt ervoor dat het goed gebeurt. Bij Van Geloven staat veiligheid stipt op nummer 1. Het is van belang dat jij samen met jouw collega's zorgt dat de totale werkomgeving bestaat uit een veilige omgeving. Je spreekt zodoende ook je collega's hierop aan.
