In deze functie speel je een belangrijke rol binnen het productieproces en zorg je ervoor dat mengprocessen nauwkeurig en volgens de juiste recepturen verlopen. Je werkt secuur, behoudt het overzicht en bewaakt continu de kwaliteit van het eindproduct. Wat ga je doen als operator? - Verzamelen en controleren van de benodigde grondstoffen; - Grondstoffen toevoegen aan de ketels volgens vastgestelde recepturen; - Instellen en bedienen van meng- en productiemachines; - Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles tijdens en na het productieproces; - Reinigen, demonteren en monteren van onderdelen en installaties. Waarom zoeken we jou? - Je hebt de wil en motivatie om nieuwe werkzaamheden snel eigen te maken; - Door jouw ervaring binnen een productieomgeving weet je hoe processen werken; - Je hebt oog voor kwaliteit en grijpt tijdig in bij afwijkingen; - Door jouw flexibiliteit ben je bereid om in een tweeploegendienst te werken; - Je beschikt over eigen vervoer om de werklocatie te bereiken. Bedrijf Onze opdrachtgever is een internationale producent en leverancier van onder andere lijmen en kitten. Wij bieden jou - Een mooi bruto maandsalaris tussen de €3000,- en €3500,- exclusief 14,2% toeslag voor het werken in 2 ploegendienst; - Reiskostenvergoeding; - Ruime mogelijkheden om intern door te groeien; - 8,33% vakantiegeld; - Direct in dienst bij de opdrachtgever.
