Operator Hoogeveen Functie Voor een bedrijf in Hoogeveen zoeken wij een Operator voor de stamperij. In deze functie werk je in ploegendienst aan de productie van metalen onderdelen met behulp van persen en stansmachines. Je bereidt het productieproces voor, bedient de machines en bewaakt continu de kwaliteit en voortgang. Daarnaast los je kleine storingen op, voer je eerstelijns onderhoud uit en zorg je samen met je collega's voor een goede overdracht naar de volgende ploeg. Het is een technische productiefunctie voor iemand die overzicht houdt, veilig werkt en snel kan schakelen wanneer het proces daarom vraagt. Wat ga je doen? - Produceren van metaalproducten door middel van stansen; - Voorbereiden en afronden van het productieproces; - Bedienen van persen en bijbehorende randapparatuur; - Aan- en afvoeren van materialen, gereedschappen en producten; - Bewaken van het productieproces en de planning; - Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles en metingen; - Signaleren en oplossen van kleine storingen; - Uitvoeren van eerstelijns onderhoud; - Meedenken over verbeteringen aan het proces en product; - Werken volgens de geldende kwaliteits-, veiligheids- en milieuvoorschriften; - Registreren van bijzonderheden en storingen in rapportages en logboeken; - Zorgen voor een duidelijke overdracht naar de volgende ploeg; - Waar nodig taken van de voorman overnemen tijdens afwezigheid. Functie-eisen - Je hebt LBO werk- en denkniveau; - Ervaring binnen de metaal- of fijnmetaalindustrie is een pré; - Je hebt technisch inzicht en kunt kleine storingen analyseren en oplossen; - Je kunt machines, gereedschappen en hulpmiddelen veilig bedienen; - Je kunt kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren en beoordelen; - Je kunt een productieplanning lezen en interpreteren; - Je kunt technische werkinstructies en documentatie lezen; - Je bent proactief en grijpt in wanneer je afwijkingen in het proces signaleert; - Een heftruckcertificaat is een ...
