Voor de uitbreiding van de productieafdeling zijn we op zoek naar een Operator Decoiling-Slitting in Genk. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het zelfstandig opzetten, bedienen en onderhouden van decoiling- en slittinglijnen. Je garandeert een soepel verloop van het productieproces van A tot Z en draagt bij aan de groei van een innovatief servicecentrum.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je zet de decoiling- en slittinglijn zelfstandig op, bedient en onderhoudt deze
  • Je controleert, coördineert en monitort het volledige productieproces
  • Je detecteert problemen proactief en onderneemt de nodige acties om stilstand te voorkomen
  • Je voert ombouw van machines uit volgens productievereisten
  • Je houdt je werkplek netjes en georganiseerd volgens de 5S-methode
  • Je houdt toezicht op de succesvolle installatie van PLC-programma's
  • Je controleert en optimaliseert de productie-output en voert kwaliteitscontroles uit
  • Je ondersteunt waar nodig bij het ontvangen van coils, laden van vrachtwagens en verpakken/wegen van goederen
  • Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de productiechef/fabrieksmanager
  • Minimum 6 maanden ervaring als operator decoiling-slitting onder begeleiding van een ervaren collega
  • Een certificering voor bovenliggende kraan en heftruck is een groot pluspunt (indien je deze niet hebt, ontvang je de nodige training)
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt een sterke focus op kwaliteit
  • Je bent dienstgericht en pragmatisch ingesteld
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, bent gefocust op 5S en functioneert goed in teamverband
  • Je bent flexibel en open voor ploegendienst
  • Je neemt graag initiatief en toont eigenaarschap in je werk
