Als industriële banketbakker produceren zij hier met ongeveer 80 medewerkers alle diepgevroren bladerdeegproducten voor grote supermarkten: appelflappen, frikandelbroodjes, appelbeignets en meer. Door overnames is het bedrijf flink uitgebreid. De productielijnen groeien mee, en daarin speel jij als operator een sleutelrol. Na je inwerkperiode zet je zelfstandig (semi)geautomatiseerde verpakkingslijnen in werking: je stelt ze af, houdt het proces in de gaten en past bij waar nodig. Van mengmachine tot inpakafdeling - jij zorgt dat alles soepel loopt. De functie Dit ga je doen Als Operator zorg je voor het volgende: - Je controleert of alle grond- en hulpstoffen aanwezig zijn voordat je start. - Je stuurt de productiemedewerkers aan je lijn aan en ondersteunt ze waar nodig. - Je stelt de verpakkingslijn in op nieuwe formaten volgens de batch-specificatie. - Bij storingen of kwaliteitsproblemen grijp je direct in. - Je verwijdert productresten van de machines (leegdraaien) en voert onderhoud uit. - Je registreert aantallen, kwaliteitsgegevens en verstoringen.
