Je bent betrokken bij het volledige traject: van het voorbereiden van producten tot het controleren van de eindkwaliteit. Dit maakt het werk afwisselend en technisch uitdagend.Je werkt in een team waar veiligheid, samenwerking en kwaliteit centraal staan en waar ruimte is om je technische kennis verder te ontwikkelen.Jouw werkzaamheden als OperatorVoorbereiden van producten: Je pakt producten uit volgens de werkorder, controleert het aantal en ontvet onderdelen wanneer dat nodig is voordat ze het proces ingaan.Instellen en beladen van ovens: Je plaatst producten in manden, stelt de ovens in op de juiste temperatuur en combineert charges op een efficiënte manier om energieverlies te beperken.Procesbewaking: Tijdens het proces controleer je de installatie via de monitor en voer je hardheidsmetingen uit. Bij afwijkingen grijp je direct in of informeer je de werkvoorbereider.Afhandeling van producten: Na het proces controleer je de producten op eventuele beschadigingen en verpak je deze zorgvuldig om transportschade te voorkomen.Ondersteuning en onderhoud: Je ondersteunt waar nodig bij het laden en lossen van goederen en helpt bij het opstellen van verzenddocumenten.
