Wil jij werken met échte toptechniek? Bij deze bekende fabriek in Nijverdal bedien jij de machines die onderdelen maken voor de Formule 1 en de luchtvaart. Geen saai en eentonig werk, maar elke dag actie! Als Operator in de 3-ploegendienst zorg jij dat de techniek nooit stilstaat. Wie ben jij Wie ben jij? Om het productieproces van deze unieke onderdelen vlekkeloos te laten verlopen, is het belangrijk dat je als Operator aan de volgende eisen voldoet:

- Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands (voor de veiligheid en instructies); - Je bent bereid om in een vaste 3-ploegendienst te werken (06:00-14:00 / 14:00-22:00 / 22:00-06:00); - Je bent fysiek in staat om nauwkeurig materialen tot 15 kilo te tillen en te positioneren. - Je kunt met de trein, auto of fiets naar Nijverdal komen voor je werk!

Wat ga je doen Jouw werkdag start altijd gezellig met een korte overdracht van je collega’s uit de vorige ploeg. Zij vertellen je onder het genot van een kop koffie precies hoe de machines draaien en wat er die dag op de planning staat. Vervolgens ga je aan de slag op de werkvloer met speciale machines, zoals de Kalander en de Treater. Geen zorgen als deze namen je nu nog niets zeggen: aan de hand van duidelijke werktekeningen én met hulp van je collega's leer je al snel hoe je deze machines heel precies instelt om strakke kunststof- en laminaatlagen te maken.
