Wie ben jij Jij bent een echte aanpakker met een passie voor techniek. Je houdt van een dynamische omgeving en pakt zaken snel op.

- Je beschikt over MBO werk- en denkniveau (bij voorkeur Techniek of Food/Productie). - Ervaring als operator in de voedingsmiddelenindustrie is een mooie plus. - Je bent bereid om in ploegendiensten te werken. - Je spreekt en begrijpt uitstekend Nederlands óf Engels. - Je werkt nauwkeurig, bent flexibel en helpt je collega's graag.

Wat ga je doen Als operator ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het complete bewerkingsproces van verse groenten. Van grondstof tot verwerkt eindproduct: jij stelt de apparatuur in en behoudt het overzicht op de productievloer.

- Je stelt de verwerkingslijnen, snij- en kookmachines correct in. - Je bedient de apparatuur en controleert de voortgang van de productie. - Je grijpt direct in bij kleine technische storingen en lost deze op. - Je voert kwaliteits- en hygiënecontroles uit voor de voedselveiligheid. - Je denkt actief mee over het verbeteren van de processen. - Je zorgt voor een schone en veilige werkomgeving.

Waar ga je werken Je gaat aan de slag bij een Zeeuws familiebedrijf in Kapelle. Het bedrijf is uitgegroeid tot de grootste speler in hun sector. Toch voelt de organisatie nog steeds kleinschalig en warm aan. Je werkt samen met zo'n 40 enthousiaste collega's. Iedereen kent elkaar bij naam. De deuren staan altijd open. Samen steken we dagelijks de handen uit de mouwen.
