Assistent Machine-Operator in Hardinxveld-Giessendam (€3.200 - €3.600): je hebt verantwoordelijkheid over het productieproces en de techniek achter acht verpakkingslijnen, samen met twee andere operators. Je bouwt machines om, lost storingen op, voert technische werkzaamheden uit en ondersteunt collega's op de werkvloer. Technisch inzicht, ervaring met machines en overzicht houden zijn belangrijker dan een specifieke technische opleiding. - tussen €3200 en €3600 per maand - Uitzendbasis, uitzicht op vaste dienst Als Assistent Machine-Operator combineer je productie, techniek en het begeleiden van collega's. Je stelt verpakkingsmachines af, lost storingen op en houdt samen met twee andere operators het productieproces draaiende. Je ontvangt €3.200 tot €3.600 bruto per maand op basis van 40 uur, afhankelijk van jouw kennis en ervaring. Dit is geen operatorfunctie waarbij je alleen een machine bedient. Als Assistent Machine-Operator krijg je verantwoordelijkheid over het productieproces én de techniek achter de machines. Samen met twee andere operators zorg je ervoor dat acht verpakkingslijnen goed blijven draaien en ondersteun je de productiemedewerkers op de werkvloer. - Je bouwt verpakkingsmachines om en stelt deze af voor verschillende producten. - Je voert technische werkzaamheden uit en vervangt onderdelen aan de machines. - Je bewaakt de voortgang en kwaliteit van het productieproces. - Je werkt zelf actief mee binnen de productie wanneer dat nodig is. - Je verdeelt werkzaamheden en ondersteunt collega's op de werkvloer. - Je houdt overzicht over de productielijnen en stuurt bij wanneer het proces daarom vraagt. De reguliere werktijden zijn van maandag tot en met donderdag van 08.00 tot 16.30 uur. Als operator draai je daarnaast gemiddeld drie vroege diensten per week. Op maandag begint een vroege dienst om 05.00 uur en van dinsdag tot en met donderdag om 06.00 uur. De operators verdelen deze diensten onderling. Extra gewerk...
