Klaar om de volgende stap in je carrière te zetten? De uitdaging: Als Operator ben jij verantwoordelijk voor één van onze 45 verpakkingslijnen. Samen met jouw team zorg je ervoor dat de productie soepel verloopt en de dagelijkse doelstellingen worden behaald. Via ons opleidingsprogramma leer je stap voor stap alle ins en outs van het vak en ontwikkel je jezelf tot een echte specialist. In deze rol: - Zorg je ervoor dat jouw verpakkingslijn optimaal blijft draaien; - Bewaak je de kwaliteit van onze producten en processen; - Coördineer en begeleid je een team van 7 tot 9 collega's; - Los je kleine technische storingen zelfstandig op; - Houd je de werkplek veilig, schoon en georganiseerd; - Werk je actief mee aan een efficiënte en prettige werkomgeving. Wie ben jij? Jij weet hoe je mensen in beweging krijgt en houdt altijd het grotere geheel in het oog. Je schakelt makkelijk tussen verschillende werkzaamheden en voelt je thuis in een omgeving waar geen dag hetzelfde is. Daarnaast breng je mee: - Ervaring met het aansturen of coördineren van collega's; - Een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal (minimaal niveau B1); - Eigen vervoer om onze locatie in Maasdijk te bereiken; - Bereidheid om te werken in een gekoelde omgeving van 10 tot 12 graden (wij zorgen uiteraard voor warme bedrijfskleding). Het team: Je werkt nauw samen met collega Operators, Productiemedewerkers, Teamleiders, de Technische Dienst, Planning en Rijp.
