The posting

  • Als operator controlekamer sta je in voor de bediening, opvolging en bijsturing van verschillende installaties, waaronder de pers, droger en biomassa-installatie;
  • Je bewaakt continu de procesparameters via computergestuurde systemen en grijpt tijdig in waar nodig om de productie stabiel en veilig te laten verlopen;
  • Naast het werk in de controlekamer voer je ook regelmatig controlerondes uit op de werkvloer. Tijdens deze rondes inspecteer je installaties, controleer je de goede werking van machines en signaleer je eventuele afwijkingen;
  • Je registreert nauwkeurig productiegegevens en zorgt voor een correcte rapportering binnen het systeem;
  • Bij storingen analyseer je snel de oorzaak en onderneem je de nodige acties om het probleem veilig en efficiënt op te lossen. Indien nodig werk je samen met techniekers of collega-operatoren om de installatie opnieuw optimaal operationeel te krijgen;
  • Verder denk je actief mee na over verbeteringen binnen het productieproces. Je formuleert voorstellen om de veiligheid, kwaliteit en efficiëntie van de installaties verder te optimaliseren en draagt zo bij aan een continue verbetering van de werking.
  • Voor deze functie zoeken we een gemotiveerde operator met een technische achtergrond en een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel. Je hebt interesse in industriële processen en werkt graag in een omgeving waar technologie en productie samenkomen;
  • Je beschikt over een diploma technisch secundair onderwijs (A2) in een technische richting of bent gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring binnen een productieomgeving. Je beschikt over ervaring in een procesgestuurde of geautomatiseerde omgeving;
  • Je bent analytisch en sterk in logisch redeneren, waardoor je snel inzicht krijgt in complexe productieprocessen en afwijkingen efficiënt kan detecteren;
  • Daarnaast combineer je dit met een hands-on mentaliteit en aarzel je niet om zelf in te grijpen wanneer dat nodig is;
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd en hebt oog voor detail bij het registreren van productiegegevens en het opvolgen van procedures. Veiligheid, orde en netheid zijn voor jou vanzelfsprekend en je draagt actief bij aan een veilige werkomgeving;
  • Tot slot ben je een echte teamspeler die vlot samenwerkt met collega’s en verantwoordelijkheid neemt binnen het team. Je bent flexibel ingesteld en bereid om in een volcontinu regime te werken;
  • In verband met de veiligheid is het belangrijk dat je de Nederlandse taal goed beheerst.
