Voor onze opdrachtgever in Oldenzaal zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste Operator die wil bijdragen aan de productie van hoogwaardige zuivelproducten. Wat zijn je werkzaamheden? Als Operator zorg je ervoor dat het productieproces op de vul- en inpakafdeling soepel verloopt. Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor het bedienen, instellen en reinigen van de machines en houdt de kwaliteit van de producten nauwlettend in de gaten. Je werkt in een hecht team van ongeveer 10 collega's en hebt een afwisselende functie doordat de afvullijnen regelmatig wisselen. Jouw taken zijn onder andere: - Bedienen, instellen en bijsturen van productiemachines. - Uitvoeren van eindcontroles en bijhouden van administratie. - Samenwerken met verschillende afdelingen, zoals logistiek, voor een efficiënt proces. - Deelnemen aan het dagelijks bord-overleg om verbeteringen te bespreken. - Kleine storingen verhelpen en lichte onderhoudswerkzaamheden uitvoeren, samen met de technische dienst. Je werkt in 2 ploegendienst: - Vroege ploeg: 06:00 - 15:00 uur - Late ploeg: 15:00 - 00:00 uur Waar zijn we naar op zoek? Wij zoeken een Operator met een echte hands-on mentaliteit. Je herkent jezelf in het volgende profiel: - Minimaal MBO werk- en denkniveau. - Afgeronde MBO-opleiding niveau 3 richting Voedingstechnologie of VAPRO A en/of B. - Ervaring met HACCP. - Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring als Operator in de voedingsmiddelenindustrie. - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift.
