Wat houdt de job als Technisch Operator in?

Als Technisch Operator ben jij een sleutelpersoon in het productieproces en zorg je ervoor dat alles vlot, veilig en efficiënt verloopt. Je bewaakt de kwaliteit en grijpt snel in waar nodig.

Jouw taken:

  • Monitoren en interpreteren van procesparameters in de controlekamer om te zorgen voor een efficiënt productieproces.
  • Bijstellen van parameters indien nodig om te garanderen dat de productie voldoet aan de hoogste standaarden.
  • Regelmatige visuele controles uitvoeren en installaties afstellen voor optimale prestaties.
  • Storingen en afwijkingen opsporen en oplossen via het SCADA-systeem of door in het veld te werken, zodat de productie nooit stilvalt.
  • Leiding geven aan assistent-operators en hen begeleiden om het team te versterken en te zorgen voor een soepel verloop van de werkzaamheden.
  • Administratieve registraties uitvoeren voor een goede documentatie en rapportage van productieactiviteiten.
  • Zorgen voor orde en netheid in de productieomgeving, zodat alles veilig en georganiseerd blijft.
  • Ombouwen en opnieuw opstarten van het productieproces wanneer dit nodig is om de continuïteit van de productie te waarborgen.
  • Controleren van de doorstroming van producten en het bewaken van de kwaliteit, zodat het eindproduct altijd aan de eisen voldoet.
  • Waardevolle input leveren aan de productie- en onderhoudsmanager om processen continu te verbeteren en efficiëntie te verhogen.

Jouw rol is essentieel voor het behalen van de productiedoelen en voor het optimaliseren van het productieproces. Je werkt samen met een gedreven team en hebt een directe invloed op de kwaliteit van het eindproduct!

Ben jij een gepassioneerde en gemotiveerde professional die graag in een dynamische werkomgeving werkt? Dan ben jij de persoon die wij zoeken! Dit verwachten we van jou als technisch operator:

  • Een bachelor in een technische richting of een technisch secundair diploma met relevante ervaring in een technische rol.
  • Bereidheid om in een 3-ploegensysteem te werken (vroege, late, nacht), zodat je flexibele inzetbaarheid gegarandeerd is.
  • Logisch en technisch inzicht waarmee je snel de processen begrijpt en efficiënt kunt reageren op afwijkingen.
  • Goede kennis van Nederlands en Engels, zodat je gemakkelijk kunt communiceren met zowel collega's als internationale teams.
  • Nauwkeurigheid, verantwoordelijkheid en stressbestendigheid, waarmee je altijd het overzicht behoudt en kwaliteit garandeert.
  • Leiderschapspotentieel, met het vermogen om een team aan te sturen en hen effectief te begeleiden tijdens de productieprocessen.
  • Ervaring in een gelijkaardige sector zoals pharma, chemie, voeding, … is een grote troef, maar zeker geen vereiste.
