Hiervoor ontvang je een bruto salaris tussen de €3195 en €3369 in 2 ploegen met 16,2% ploegentoeslag. Wij bieden - Een fulltime baan van 36 uur per week met werktijden van 07 - 15 en 15 - 23 uur; - Op vrijdag werk je uiterlijk tot 19:00 uur; - Een brutosalaris tussen de €3195 en €3369,- inclusief ploegentoeslag; - Vaste ploegentoeslag van 16,2%; - Uitzicht op een vast contract; - 25 vakantiedagen en 8% vakantiegeld op basis van fulltime; - Vaste 13e maand; - Een zorgkostenvergoeding van €150,- per jaar; - Doorgroeimogelijkheden naar allround operator of shift leader; - Reiskostenvergoeding. Functieomschrijving Als Operator binnen de voedingsmiddelenindustrie ben je dagelijks bezig met het bedienen van de inpaklijnen. Je lost kleine storingen op en daarnaast zorg je voor een schone werkomgeving met de juiste arbeidsomstandigheden en voer je kwaliteitscontroles uit. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het eerste lijn onderhoud, hier vervang je de onderdelen van de machines waar nodig. Je coördineert, registreert en bouwt de lijnen op en om. Je bent dus verantwoordelijk voor de gehele inpaklijn. Je werkplek Onze opdrachtgever behoort tot de grootste rijstverwerkers van Europa en produceert hoogwaardige rijstproducten voor de private label-markt. Met moderne productiefaciliteiten in Nederland en een sterk en breed assortiment leveren zij producten van topkwaliteit binnen een markt die continu verandert.
