Operator - 2 ploegendienst Tussen €19,62 en €21,00 per uur Beschrijving Heb jij technisch inzicht, ervaring met het bedienen van machines en affiniteit met de metaalbranche? Voor de nieuwe productielijn van onze opdrachtgever in Veghel zijn wij op zoek naar een Machine Operator die in een 2-ploegendienst aan de slag wil! Over het bedrijf Onze opdrachtgever is een technische groothandel gevestigd in Veghel. Zij leveren ruwe constructiematerialen zoals buizen, kokers, platen en profielen van Staal, Aluminium en RVS. Over de functie Als Operator ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het volledige proces rondom het bewerken van metalen materialen. Samen met je team van 3 collega's werk je in een 2-ploegendienst aan de nieuwe productielijn, waarbij je onder andere de volgende taken uitvoert: - Je legt met behulp van een bovenloopkraan de juiste materialen klaar om bewerkt te worden. - Je stelt zelfstandig de machines in voor diverse bewerkingen zoals stralen, coaten, frezen, boren of zagen. - Je roept de juiste programma's op en zorgt ervoor dat de machines correct zijn ingesteld. - Je houdt het productieproces draaiende door machines aan te vullen en kleine storingen zelf op te lossen. - Na afloop van het bewerkingsproces haal je de eindproducten met de bovenloopkraan van de machine. - Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van de producten en signaleert tijdig afwijkingen. Wat vragen wij van jou - Nederlandse of Engelse talenkennis; - Je hebt technisch inzicht en bij voorkeur ervaring in de metaalbranche. - Je hebt ervaring met het bedienen en instellen van machines. - Je werkt nauwkeurig en denkt actief mee in het productieproces. Werktijden 2 ploegen: 06:00 - 14:45 en 14:30 - 23:15 Liever eerst de werkomgeving zien voordat je solliciteert op de vacature wij nemen je graag mee op rondleiding!
