- Woerden of Bodegraven, Nederland - Operator (5-Ploegen) Wij zijn op zoek naar Operators voor onze locaties in Woerden en Bodegraven! Ben je zelfstandig, proactief en inzetbaar in de 5-ploegendienst? Wil je werken in een dynamische omgeving en in een gezellig team? Solliciteer dan snel! Wat doe je als Operator? Als Operator bij Vergeer Holland ben je verantwoordelijk voor onze productielijnen. Jouw doel is om een zo optimaal mogelijk resultaat uit de lijn te halen. Je stelt de lijn in op basis van specificaties uit bestellingen van onze klanten en je zorgt ervoor dat de lijn constant in productie blijft. Daarnaast grijp je in bij (dreigende) storingen en zorg je dat iedereen aan de lijn veilig en hygiënisch werkt conform onze kwaliteitsstandaarden. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Het inwerken, begeleiden en motiveren van (nieuwe) medewerkers aan jouw lijn. - Het uitvoeren van strenge controles op de kwaliteit van het product. - Het sturen op voldoende aanwezigheid van productiemateriaal en het (laten) afvoeren van het eindproduct. - Het vertalen van geconstateerde problemen naar de Technische Dienst en helder communiceren met je leidinggevende. Wat breng je mee? Je bent goed in staat om zelfstandig te werken, maar omdat je de lijn samen met collega's draait, ben je ook een echte teamspeler. Daarnaast herken jij je in de volgende punten: - Je beschikt over mbo-2 werk- en denkniveau. - Je hebt al enige ervaring met werken in een productie-omgeving. - Je werkt nauwkeurig, resultaatgericht en bent flexibel ingesteld. - Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal (een basis in het Engels is een pre). - Je bent beschikbaar voor de 5-ploegendienst .
