Voor een groeiende organisatie binnen de notenindustrie zijn wij op zoek naar een Operator. Je komt terecht in een dynamische productieomgeving waar je veel verantwoordelijkheid krijgt en waar jouw ideeën daadwerkelijk worden gewaardeerd. Samen met je collega's zorg je ervoor dat het productieproces soepel, veilig en volgens de juiste kwaliteitsnormen verloopt. Dit ga je doen Als Operator ben je een belangrijke schakel binnen het productieproces. Je werkt met verschillende machines en houdt het proces continu goed in de gaten. Omdat je meerdere werkzaamheden tegelijk uitvoert, is het belangrijk dat je snel kunt schakelen en altijd het overzicht behoudt. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Bedienen en controleren van de ovens; - Verwerken van grondstoffen en halffabricaten volgens vaste recepten; - Bewaken van het productieproces en bijsturen waar nodig; - Signaleren en oplossen van kleine technische storingen; - Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles; - Werken volgens de geldende voedselveiligheids- en hygiënevoorschriften; - Uitvoeren van administratieve werkzaamheden, zowel handmatig als digitaal; - Meedenken over verbeteringen en efficiëntere werkwijzen binnen het productieproces. Je bent in bezit van - Ervaring als operator is vereist; - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal; - Mbo werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in een technische richting; - Een rijbewijs en eigen vervoer; - Technisch inzicht en een praktische instelling; - Je bent proactief, gemotiveerd en hebt een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel; - Je...
